    Dear Member

    REVIEW OF TOURISM HEALTH PROTOCOLS

As earlier reported, the KATO Executive Committee paid a courtesy call to the Tourism and Wildlife CS, where a number of key issues were discussed.

Subsequent to follow up, the Tourism Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife yesterday convened a meeting with the sector Associations to commence a comprehensive review of the Health and Safety Protocols.

A key outcome of the discussion was confirmation from TRA that the Quarterly Covid-19 Compliance Certificates had been suspended. Members are therefore advised that pending the comprehensive review of the Protocols, they can disregard the Quarterly application of the Compliance Certificates.

    Kind regards,

    Fred Kaigua, ACIArb, CPM
    CHIEF EXECUTIVE
